Shared for All These Flights
From/To default to KFRG like the regular form. Edit if a flight in this batch went somewhere else.
Build each list below in order, one flight at a time. Click "Add" (or press Enter) repeatedly to add the same value again — there's no limit. Click any item in a list to edit it in place; its position number won't change.
Aircraft Models (in order)
Tail Numbers (in order)
Click a tail number to add it to your list. Click again for the same one — no limit. Editing an existing item? Click it in the list below first, then click its replacement here.
Dates (in order)
Flight Details
From/To fill in automatically from the defaults above as you add tail numbers; everything else starts at 0/blank. Edit any field directly for flights that need a stop, night time, instrument time, an approach, etc.
Mirror Total Duration Into
For every flight in this batch, also set these fields equal to that flight's Total Duration. Leave unchecked for anything that doesn't apply — unchecked fields stay at 0, exactly like leaving them blank on the regular form.
Flight Durations
One number per line, same order as the three lists above. All four (models, tail numbers, dates, durations) need to match in count before you can preview. Click directly into this box anytime to edit a number.

At a Glance
Airplane-only totals, computed the same way as everywhere else in the app — nothing here changes how any number is calculated, it's just pulled to the top for a quick look. ASEL PIC, AMEL PIC, and PIC Night Time are not split out of carried-forward totals from a prior logbook, same limitation as the By Aircraft Model table below.
ATP Minimums — R-ATP via 1,500 Hours (14 CFR 61.160(f))
This is the R-ATP pathway that keeps the standard 1,500-hour total time floor but reduces cross-country to 200 hours instead of 500 — everything else matches standard ATP under §61.159. Total time is airplanes only, not counting simulator/AATD time. Instrument time here means simulated (in the airplane) plus actual, same definition used in the At a Glance panel above. Multi-engine tracks total AMEL time. This is a simplified tracker against category totals, not a substitute for having an actual DPE or airline verify your eligibility.
Currency
Day/Night landing currency (14 CFR 61.57(a)/(b)): 3 landings in the preceding 90 days, tracked separately for ASEL and AMEL since currency is category-specific. Night currency assumes your logged Night Ldg count is full-stop landings — the app doesn't distinguish full-stop from touch-and-go, which is what the regulation actually requires for night currency specifically. Instrument currency (61.57(c)): 6 approaches in the preceding 6 months, counted from your logged Approach & Type text — holding procedures and course intercepting/tracking aren't tracked here, so treat this as approach-count only, not the full legal requirement.
Instrument Time Breakdown
Simulated instrument is split by whether the row had ASEL/AMEL time (airplane) or not (AATD/simulator device). Total airplane time always comes from ASEL + AMEL, never from Total Duration, so simulator sessions never inflate airplane totals.
By Aircraft Make/Model
Grouped by exactly what you type in "Aircraft Make/Model" (case/spacing-insensitive — C172SP, C172K, C172I, and C172N are kept separate). Carried-forward totals are not split by model, since prior logbooks weren't tracked at this level of detail — figures below reflect entries logged in this app.

Add Student
Students you add here show up as a dropdown on any flight where Dual Received is entered, on both the regular form and Bulk Add.
Carried Forward From Previous Logbook
Enter your prior logbook totals once. These add into the Grand Total on the Summary tab but are not broken out by aircraft model or STUPIC (see note above).
Backup & Restore
This is your logbook of record — back it up regularly. Download a backup file, or export CSV for printing/spreadsheet use. Restoring from a backup replaces everything currently in the app.
